This cute sweet guy turned 12 this week and today received the Aaronic priesthood. He got his first suit and he came to church ready to step up and be a Young Man. I am so proud of him, the decisions he makes in his life, the example he is not afraid to be for others around him and the pure joy he is as a son. My heart was full as I watched his father place his hands on his head to give him the priesthood, something he had received from his father. What a blessing the priesthood has been in my life. I am looking forward to watching Grayson learn, grow and serve others. It's another season for me, no more kids in primary. They grow so quickly. Some of the best advice my mother gave me was to enjoy the season my children were in and not wish the time away. I've done that and have been able to love each age they have gone through. I will miss having little ones and the joys that come from that but am ready to embrace having my older kids learning and growing in different ways and having different relationships with them. I love where we are now and am finding new joys in this season. Congratulations, Grayson. I know he has a special mission to fulfill and will do it with honor.
